This is the same daily-review/evening-retrospective concurrent-dispatch pattern flagged as a watch item in yesterday's review (33.4s slow tick) — it recurred today, slightly worse (50.2s). Per the settled routing-concurrency design (router.max_tasks_per_tick=1 + per-call router.timeout_seconds), a single LLM classification call blocking for its full timeout during a two-scheduled-job burst is expected worst-case behavior, not a bug — the tick simply waits out one 45s timeout. If this SLA needs to tighten, the correct lever is lowering router.timeout_seconds or max_tasks_per_tick (an operator config decision), not a new concurrency mechanism.
